Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within [14/30] days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return Email hello@viorbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions once approved.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
